This was a great interview. The thing that I came away with is the history this man has seen and what he gave to the game. Now at this age he is still giving back to the game he loved. In order to become a great coach you have to have a great understanding about the game. The ins and outs. You have to be a student. The reason is because you have to be a teacher to your players. He walked us threw the keys things that made become a hall of fame coach and why he's listed in the top 20 of all NCAA coaches. Many of us never get to talk with a living legend. I'm glad I met, spoken with, and had a detailed interview with one of the best coaches that's walking this planet right now. Please listen to his interview and you will be very surprised what he has done during his time as a coach.
